Bistro Launch & Expansion: 2019
Fast-forward to 2019, when the family turned a bright idea into reality: O’Cairns Bistro. Initially serving hotel guests dinner to complement the complimentary drinks, it soon opened to the broader Lompoc community The shift aimed at delivering restaurant-quality steaks, burgers, tacos, salads, wings, and more at approachable prices—“what many guests consider one of the best restaurants in Lompoc”
